END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR Short Drama & Series

 This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you (the "End User") and Cindi Lee ("Licensor") for the license and use of the Short Drama & Series software application for iOS devices.

By downloading from the Apple App Store, installing, or using this Application, you agree to the terms of this EULA.

1. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Both parties acknowledge that this Agreement is concluded between the End User and the Licensor only, and not with Apple Inc. The Licensor, Cindi Lee, is solely responsible for the licensed Application and its content.

2. SCOPE OF LICENSE

Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to use the Application on any Apple-branded products (iPhone, iPad, etc.) that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT

Cindi Lee is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for this Application. You acknowledge that Apple Inc. has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application.

4. NO REVERSE ENGINEERING

You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the Application or any part thereof.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Cindi Lee be liable for personal injury, or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption) arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Application.

6. PRODUCT CLAIMS

Cindi Lee, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims of the End User or any third party relating to the Application or the End User’s possession and/or use of that Application, including:

Product liability claims.

Any claim that the Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement.

Claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.

7. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

You represent and warrant that:

You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country.

You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

8. THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARY

You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
