 Welcome to Short Drama & Series ("Application"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Application, websites, and services provided by Cindi Lee ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By installing, accessing, or using Short Drama & Series, you affirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) and fully capable of entering into and complying with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.

2. USER CONDUCT & CONTENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Ownership: You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over any photos, text, or content you upload, edit, or create within the Application ("User Content").

Lawful Use: You agree not to use the Application to process, edit, or generate any content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, infringing on copyright, or violating the privacy of others.

Passport/ID Compliance: While using the Passport Photo Maker tool, you are solely responsible for ensuring that the final output complies with the official legal requirements of your specific government or institution.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All materials within the Application, including but not limited to software code, user interface design, logos, graphics, styles, and ready-to-use AI templates, are the exclusive property of Cindi Lee. You are granted a limited right to use them, but you may not copy, distribute, modify, or resell them.

4. APP UPDATES AND AVAILABILITY

We continuously improve Short Drama & Series. We reserve the right to update, modify, or temporarily disrupt services for maintenance or feature upgrades without prior notice.

By downloading from the Apple App Store, installing, or using this Application, you agree to the terms of this EULA. 1. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT Both parties acknowledge that this Agreement is concluded between the End User and the Licensor only, and not with Apple Inc. The Licensor, Cindi Lee, is solely responsible for the licensed Application and its content. 2.
